This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors while ensuring efficient administrative support and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Provide general administrative support to office staff
Receive and process employment applications
Assist with on-site drug testing as needed
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards
Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain clean and organized
Communicate effectively with coworkers and the public
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional phone etiquette
Proficient computer skills
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Ability to work well with the public and as part of a team
Must be able to pass a drug test
